The product complies with all regulations for cold, hot and glycol gas and drinking water up to a temperature of 160 °C with peaks of 180 °C. In the case of gas applications SILICON TAPE can be used up to pressures of 5 Bar at a temperature of 70 °C. In the case of water applications, it is usable up to pressures of 16 Bar at a temperature of 95 °C, and up to pressures of 7 Bar at a temperature of 130 °C.
