SOFTENERS

New softeners are suitable for residential applications. The choice of model varies according to the hardness of the incoming water and consumption. Water softening, whether for drinking, technological or process use, is carried out using devices that work exclusively on the principle of ion exchange, in compliance with current UNI 8065:2019 regulations, which do not contemplate any alternative technology in this regard (e.g. magnetic softeners). Softened water prevents precipitation and the consequent formation of limescale deposits inside circuits, pipes, taps, boilers, and technological systems.
