Sleeves with high shrink ratio 3:1. High-tech anticorrosive systems consisting of shrinkable tubular sleeves to be heated. Ideal for risers, in-line joints and flanged wide radius bends.
Clean the surface to be treated well. Preheat with a flame to 40 to 50 °C, insert the tubing and slip off any silicone film. Begin heating with regular movements around the circumference of the tubing and toward the outside of the joint, making sure no wrinkles or bubbles form. The release of a small amount of mastic ensures that shrinkage has occurred completely.
