The innovative SOLARGel PES hose, consisting of AISI 304 L corrugated flexible stainless steel, is the result of the most advanced discoveries in the field of nanotechnology: thanks to the use of these innovative materials, with only 5 mm of non-irritating, non-dusting insulating material, an extremely low thermal conductivity has been achieved along with an extremely wide range of use temperatures (-60 / +180 °C). The design of this product is such that no external supports are required for pipe installation, simplifying the installer's operations and reducing work time. Insulation material is hypoallergenic and is externally coated with a layer of PVC protective material to add high resistance to weathering and UV attacks from the sun and high protection against attacks from various animal species such as insects, rodents, and birds.
Check the route to be taken and determine the amount of pipe required, then proceed with cutting the useful size. Carry out the installation with as few joints as possible in order to limit future causes of liquid leakage into the circuit. Proceed with the installation, avoiding subjecting the pipe to excessive bending. The pipe should be fixed to the support (wall, wall, etc.) every 50 cm with a simple fastener e.g. rivets or screws. Lengths available up to 150 m. Special self-clamping quick-connect fittings provided. Adequate thermal insulation should be provided at the junction point to avoid high leakage cold spots.
