INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR“), information is provided below regarding the processing of the personal data of users browsing the https://www.facotchemicals.com/ website (hereinafter, the “Website“).
The data controller is Facot Chemicals S.r.l., VAT number 00944000199, with registered office in Via Crema n. 44, 26010 – Capralba (CR) (hereinafter, the “Data Controller“).

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which, by its very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by the Data Controller or by third parties, allow users of the Site to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, successful, successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
If the user intends to submit requests to the Data Controller using the dedicated forms on the Site, he/she must provide the data requested therein (“common” data, such as name and surname and contact information).
In particular, the user can submit requests using the “contact” form and the one to become an authorized Facot Service center.
In addition, the user can contact the Data Controller by sending his/her message on the company pages of the same on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, which can be reached through the appropriate link available on the Site, as well as by the ordinary means indicated on the Site (telephone and e-mail).
The Site also includes the “Work with us” section; for the related processing of personal data, specific notice is provided ex articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR, made available therein to the data subjects.

With the exception of navigation data, which is necessary to implement the IT and telematic protocols of the Site, the provision of personal data by users is free and optional. However, failure to provide the data will make it impossible to proceed. The data that must be provided in order to submit the request are marked with an asterisk.
The data may also be processed by other subjects, suppliers of the Data Controller (e.g. in the IT or marketing and communication fields), who process them as data processors, with whom specific agreements have been entered into in accordance with art. 28 of the GDPR.
Employees of the Data Controller, who have been expressly authorized in this regard and who have received adequate operating instructions, are also involved in the processing of data.
The Data Controller transfers data outside the EU or EEA and in particular to the United States, where IT service providers are established, a third country deemed adequate by virtue of the European Commission’s decision of 10 July 2023 – EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The data subject (i.e. the user of the Site, the subject to whom the data refer) may exercise the rights conferred on him or her by art. 15 – 22 of the GDPR; in particular, by contacting the Data Controller at the contact points indicated in paragraph 1, he or she may request:
